After over a year of repairs, ranging from foundation repair to new floors, doors, and future flood-proofing, the San Francisco Motorcycle Club has returned to their clubhouse, with weekly public meetings every Thursday, starting at 8:30pm.
Jim Hoogerhyde set a new land speed record in California, piloting a solar-powered electric production motorcycle, reaching 189.086 miles per hour in 1.3 miles at El Mirage. The motorcycle is the Lightening SuperBike, created by Lightning Motorcycles. Pictures and more at the Discovery news site. Congratulations Slim!
